Our specialised team ensures the client’s network service to agreed SLAs and KPIs during cases of network outages or service degradation, with the provision of 24/7 engineering and field support to cover infrastructure and network faults, swaps, generator deployment for power outages, upgrades on AC/DC support systems and civil works on site.
