Job Summary

Manage the Operations and Maintenance for the OPW portfolio & the Defects schedule for 3 Ireland. Ensuring synergies are measured and managed for both accounts by scheduling and managing the operations for both business units.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Operations and Maintenance for the OPW portfolio & the Defects schedule for 3 Ireland. Ensuring synergies are measured and managed for both accounts by scheduling and managing the operations for both business units
  • Schedule, manage and maintain the existing and new OPW portfolio
  • Provide cover for the OPW access team to ensure all operator, contractor and general stakeholder requests are supported as and when required
  • Customer facing reasonability into 3 Ireland to manage and deliver the 3 defects project
  • As part of the 3 defects projects adhoc management of critical duties will need to be managed
  • Update weekly, with your account manager, the schedule for both business units and present synergies achieved through effective planning.
  • Drive systems to ensure the information from sites is captured in real-time, it is critical for invoicing to be aligned for works completed to ensure WIP (Works In Progress) is kept below target values
  • Work with the commercial team to ensure quotes are issued to customers for defect rectification, reactive and O&M works
  • Manage team’s efficiency on the ground and ensure any issues in terms of performance are immediately reported back to the Operations Manager for action.
  • Create and manage an issue log and circulate to the field teams weekly
  • On-site meetings to ensure scope of works are understood and closed out as required Manage any other adhoc duties as and when required

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3rd Level qualification in a related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar industry
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams is essential
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Must have excellent teamwork skills and be able to take responsibility
  • Excellent Decision making, Communication & Leadership skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness
